What to expect

Kenkey is a staple swallow made from fermented corn dough that is slow cooked in a corn husk resulting in a soft, flavorful, umami-pack dish from the Gas and Fantes in Ghana. Kenkey is usually enjoyed with “Meko” (tomato salsa), Shitor (spicy shrimp condiment) and a variety of fried fishes.
